About Redvica

Why Redvica exists

Most resumes don't get rejected by a human — they get lost in the gap between how a person writes and how an applicant tracking system reads. Redvica exists to close that gap: to mark up a resume the way an experienced recruiter would, and to make ATS compatibility something you can actually see and fix, not guess at.

Who builds it

Redvica is built and run by Shailesh Maddhesiya, founder, from India. We aim to be straightforward about what the product does and where it can fall short.

What we're building toward

A single place to go from "here's my resume" to "here's a version that's genuinely stronger": scoring, red-pen rewrites, keyword gaps, job-specific tailoring, a real resume builder, a LinkedIn profile draft, cover letters and a job tracker, all built around the same goal of getting a fair read from the systems standing between a candidate and a recruiter.

How we work

Our tools use AI, and AI can be wrong. We explain what each score means, and what it doesn't, on the methodology page. Our guides cite primary sources where they exist and label examples as samples. Found a mistake? Tell us on the contact page and we'll fix it.
